1. My soonest availability to undertake a survey is 19th May 2025.

2. I do not take instructions on flats in buildings with more than four storeys.

3. I am not taking instructions for Level 3 Surveys, therefore only complete the form if the timescale is acceptable and you are seeking a quote for:

~ A Level 2 Survey (formerley known as a RICS Homebuyer Report)

~ A Level 1 Survey (formerley known as a RICS Condition Report)

~ A valuation for Help To Buy loan redemption, shared ownership or probate/Inheritance Tax purposes.

4. Business operating hours are 9:00 - 18:00, Mondays - Thursdays.
